We want you to love your SENNEFER fragrance. This policy explains when and how you can cancel or return an order.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order at no charge any time before it has been dispatched. To cancel, message us as soon as possible at +971 56 849 4713 (WhatsApp) or nilecrownagrodubai@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be eligible for return below.
Returns — hygiene notice
For health and hygiene reasons, perfumes, bakhoor, and other fragrance products that have been opened, used, or had their seal broken cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
Eligible returns
Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us with your order number and the reason. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping cost, at no charge to you.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 – 14 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item, or of approving a damaged/incorrect-item claim. Bank or card processing times may add a few additional days.
