Coverage
We ship internationally. Delivery is available to most countries; if we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you and arrange a full refund.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Estimated delivery time after dispatch depends on your destination:
- Within the UAE: 1 – 3 business days
- GCC: 2 – 5 business days
- International: 5 – 10 business days
These are estimates; actual times may vary with courier schedules, customs clearance, and seasonal demand.
Shipping charges
Delivery is priced by location/zone and is calculated at checkout before you pay, based on your delivery address. We use both standard and express courier options depending on your destination.
Customs and import duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
