The website and the SENNEFER brand are operated by Nile Crown, based in Ajman, United Arab Emirates.
Products
We sell perfumes, bakhoor, incense, and related fragrance products. We make every effort to display product colours, sizes, and descriptions accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and the artisanal nature of fragrance products.
Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only once we accept it and you receive an on-screen and/or email confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, where an item is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or payment cannot be verified.
Pricing and currency
Prices are shown inclusive of any applicable charges and may be displayed in AED or USD. VAT is not currently applied (0%). Prices and promotions may change without notice, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
Payment
We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer, and we also offer pay-on-delivery where available. Online card payments are handled securely by Stripe and PayPal.
Delivery
Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. We ship across the UAE, the GCC, and worldwide.
Returns
Your rights and our process are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the SENNEFER name, logo, product names, images, and text — belongs to Nile Crown and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent UAE courts.
